To do this, I dumped the game with ddd, modified the minimum and maximum speeds of the AI in vol\content\race_common\ai\AILevelTable.byaml to be set to 1% of what it's supposed to be and booted the backup using Loadiine. For anyone wondering, yes I also modified 50 cc and 100 cc to be 0.5 cc and 1 cc EDIT: Because people keep talking about how I'm not slow but the AI are, back when I made this video (a year ago) we didn't know how to change the player's speed. Now we do.

As far as I know, you need to be Sonic&Tails for this glitch to work because having two characters means more ice breaking particles.

Now working: cameras and their movement/rotation! Now I need to make it so cameras can zoom in and out. This also means I need to make a variation of st_animation_play that stretches the individual frames when they are rendered.
I am considering making another variation like this to have a version of camera rotation that also rotates the sprites, but it's only a consideration at this stage. If people want it, I'll add it, but if no one wants it it'd be a waste of time to add in.

Of course the game crashes during my first speedrun, it's Overgrowth. Will be doing more runs in the future to improve the time and hopefully get a run without any crashing.
