I firmly believe that mental visualization was one of the biggest reasons I was able to run 2:19:35 for the marathon. Running mindset motivation comes down to the individual athlete. You cannot motivate someone who chooses to half-ass their preparation. You are either all in or lukewarm. There is a massive difference between average and greatness. My goal for you is to help you to use leverage and get better results by working smarter rather than harder.
