Juicy & Succulent Chicken is out of this world
Recipe:
1-2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, Thighs Bone-in, Wings or drumsticks
Salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup chicken broth
Special Ingredient: 2 tablespoons soy sauce
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Let marinade for 20 mins.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are browned.
Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet and transfer them to a baking dish.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, paprika, and dried oregano to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Add chicken broth and soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes until it is cooked through and the sauce is caramelized.
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh herbs and lemon wedges, if desired.

RECIPE: (Please note you can do half of this recipe)
9 tsps Agar Agar powder
3 cups water
1 cup Raw/soaked cashew nuts
6 tblsps nutritional yeast
4 tblsps lemon juice(Fresh squeezed)
1/2 tsp garlic salt or garlic powder
1 +1/2 tsp salt (salt to taste - if you use garlic salt you can cut back on the salt)
3 tsps yellow mustard
1 tsp Apple cider Vinegar (optional)
METHOD:
Soak cashews overnight or for 4 - 5 hours
Put all ingredients in food processor except water and Agar Agar. Process until all ingredients come together.
Pour water (cold/room temperature) in saucepan. Add Agar Agar. Turn on heat on medium. Stir until Agar Agar is dissolved. Stir occasionally as it comes to a boil. When it does, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Liquid will thicken. Remove from heat and put this Agar Agar liquid into blender with other ingredients and process until smooth.(As shown in video)
This is best done in a food processor. I am not sure if you will be able to blend ingredients in a blender because there isn't enough liquid to do so. If you do not have a food processor you can make the liquid with the Agar Agar first, then blend all ingredients all at once in the blender. Thank you.
