A Beef stew that will satisfy your body and soul.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the cumin, coriander, thyme, smoked paprika, allspice, and cayenne pepper to the pot and stir to combine.
Return the beef to the pot and add the beef broth, coconut milk, and bay leaves. Bring to a simmer.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add the carrots, potatoes, and bell peppers to the pot and continue to simmer, covered, for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.
Add the black beans and rum to the pot and stir to combine. Simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Innovative flatbread recipe for the low carb inclined. Enjoy!
Recipe:
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything well until a dough is formed.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it with olive oil.
Place the dough on the parchment paper and shape it into a rectangle. Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Enjoy your keto-friendly flatbread with your favorite toppings or as a side dish to any meal!

This is an easy cheese to make. It does not require fermentation. It can be done within minutes and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and you will have wonderful hardened cheese. You can add more lemon juice depending on how sharp you want your cheese. You can also add more Agar Agar if you want your cheese harder.
