If you watch my channel regularly, you have probably heard me talking about how I consider Real Estate the best investment by far for software developers. I have invested in Real Estate since I was 19 years old and have built enough passive income so I could retire since I was 30.
So, why so many people still bother me and say that real estate is not the best investment for software developers? Why so many people still fail to recognize how good it can be for software developers to start investing their money in real estate?
Watch this video so you can make up your mind about real estate and why you should start doing it ASAP.

I've Applied Several Times But Still Can't Get A Job!
I talk a lot about getting a job in this channel. I talk about how important perseverance is and why you should only be giving up after you hit your goal, not focusing on results but focusing on the process.
However, things might not get turn out how you expect and, even though you've applied for several jobs, you still might end up unemployed.
This situation is more common than you think. While there are a lot of different factors that can cause this situation, we can always try to improve ourselves and still get the benefit from it.
So... What should you do in this type of situation? What can you do to improve your pitching and still get hired even after you've applied for several different jobs?

Went And Talked To 3 Random Girls On The Beach. Here Is Why!
You always hear me bragging about how you should go out and be a confident man. You always hear me talking about how you should go to the mall and talk to 50 people... But... You've never seen me doing it.
So, in this video, I decided to take action. I approached 3 random girls at the beach and started talking to them. Simply out of nowhere. After that, I went back and talked to them about how did they feel and what did they expect.
This is another video from the "Getting Girls As A Programmer" Series. In this video, you'll see exactly what I did and how I've approached these girls. You'll also learn what, from their perspective, they consider important on a man.

When You're Living In The Past
Have we all been there? Sometimes, in our lives, we caught ourselves living in the past.
Recently, I came across a post from a long friend asking for advice. He was at the Marines and recently got back, has gone through a rough divorce with his wife. After that, he went to law school.
The problem is that he still faces some rough times. He still can't seem to be 100% fulfilled with his situation. And this is the point I want to highlight here: what should you do when you caught yourself trapped in the past?
What makes us feel like we're living in the past? Watch this video and find out!

Do you make excuses for your life and to justify your mistakes? Do you use your disadvantages as an excuse to don't move forward with your projects and dreams?
Well, then, this video is for you.
Recently, I wrote a blog post telling people how I turn my ADHD into a Super Power. People went crazy all over the place. I received a lot of critics regarding the post, telling me how I was bad, mean and did not recognize ADHD as a problem.
While I believe this can definitely be a problem, my point is something different. I wanted to show you how you need to stop making excuses and using your disadvantages to not chase your dreams.

Start With Why Book: https://simpleprogrammer.com/startwithwhy
"Start With Why" Book Review
I've been hearing a lot from this book lately and I've decided to take a look at it.
Start With Why is a book about doing things with purpose and making people connect with your brand. In theory, a very good idea, but I didn't like the book as much as people would think.
Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
"In 2009, Simon Sinek started a movement to help people become more inspired at work, and in turn inspire their colleagues and customers. Since then, millions have been touched by the power of his ideas, including more than 28 million who've watched his TED Talk based on START WITH WHY -- the third most popular TED video of all time.
Sinek starts with a fundamental question: Why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others? Why do some command greater loyalty from customers and employees alike? Even among the successful, why are so few able to repeat their success over and over?
People like Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, and the Wright Brothers had little in common, but they all started with WHY. They realized that people won't truly buy into a product, service, movement, or idea until they understand the WHY behind it.
START WITH WHY shows that the leaders who've had the greatest influence in the world all think, act, and communicate the same way -- and it's the opposite of what everyone else does. Sinek calls this powerful idea The Golden Circle, and it provides a framework upon which organizations can be built, movements can be led, and people can be inspired. And it all starts with WHY."

Ketogenic Diet: My Personal Experience
As you know, I'm kind of a fitness bulldog that is constantly experimenting with a lot of different diets, new stuff, etc.
Today I'm going to talk about the ketogenic diet.
A ketogenic diet (keto) is a very low-carb diet, which turns the body into a fat-burning machine. It has many potential benefits for weight loss, health, and performance, but also some potential initial side effects.
A keto diet is designed specifically to result in ketosis. It's possible to measure and adapt to reach optimal ketone levels for health, weight loss, or for physical and mental performance. Below you can learn how to use keto to achieve your personal goals.
(Source: https://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/keto)
As you know, I've talked several times before in this channel about the ketogenic diet and I've also recorded an Interview with Carl Franklin, along with some of my personal experience.
What do I think about the ketogenic diet? Is it a good option?
