Protect me from what I know ...Away You're running and running away
Mirror, mirror, tell me a lie, Paint a picture nearer to angels than I, And color me indigo, and Show behind me lush fields that I Sowed Protect me from what I know
Your echo of past sins exhausts me too much; You're using them as a crutch How can you blame me? Do you not bathe in The indigo light reflecting off of me? You're running and running away You're running and running away
"Frightened child, whisper into The darkness and the wild Beseech the empty for a blessing, Convince yourself it hears you. Frightened ego, scream and rage Lash out at the mirror The angel within is a projection, And nothing you see is true."
But let me believe it is real Just let me believe it is real Now that I believe it is real Contentment is all I feel.
It's Friday's episode, and you know what that means: the Libertarian Drama of the Week! In this week, the drama was started by none other than Call to Freedom's own Aria DiMezzo, quite by accident, when she asked a simple question about someone burning an LP membership card. Much bitching was done, much drama ensued, and laughs were had by all.
The last hour continued our week-long serious of helping out Orsazio-Cortez, who seems to not know anything about... anything... by featuring Palestinian, professor of UC Berkeley, and Imam Hatem Bazian to bring in those oh-so-elusive things called FACTS regarding the military occupation of the West Bank. Of course, given how frequently we call her a dumb bitch, it's unlikely that Cortez listens to the show, but we try--we do what we can.
In this episode, we kick off the new #HelpICEKicktheBucket Challenge--a twist on the #IceBucketChallenge meant to inspire people to donate money to anti-ICE, pro-immigrant organizations.
There are also crazy predictions regarding the value of Bitcoin that we dive into for the Crypto Hour, and we continue the trend of laughing at socialists by making fun of Bernie Sanders' bizarre allegation that open borders is "a right-wing policy," as though the right-wing didn't just campaign for the POTUS office on the grounds of tightening up the borders...
In this episode we discuss alleged Russian spies, the official ethno-nationalist state that is Israel, why the West Bank is occupied, and the daily Crypto Hour.
We discuss the Socialist Revolution that isn't, because Cortez has already been beaten into submission by the Democratic Establishment. In the Crypto Hour, we feature the media director of the Motion Project (XMN), and discuss what XMN is up to. Finally, we have some Libertarian Drama Remix, followed by the Cannabis News.
Going solo while Muslims 4 Liberty and former Libertarian Party Vice Presidential candidate Will Coley was out of town, Aria DiMezzo of CryptoCheck and Anarchist Shemale covers the Democratic Party's virtue signaling over abolishing ice, and a trans woman who has decided to sue a waxing business because a Muslim woman didn't want to touch her penis.
Then there is the crypto news, and attempts to regulate cryptocurrency, before we're finally joined by James Weeks (yes, the naked, thong-wearing one) to laugh at Alex Jones.
Part of the Twitch stream was lost, so this includes only the second half of the episode, where we finish up the Crypto Hour and have on Alex Merced, newly elected Vice Chair of the Libertarian Party. Aria DiMezzo gets a bit rough on Alex, asking him directly for "a real answer, not a politician's answer" to a question she asked.
The Call to Freedom's Will Coley and @AriaDiMezzo start a new challenge to #HelpICEKickTheBucket by challenging people to either have ice water thrown on them, or donate $100 to a pro-immigrant, pro-refugee, anti-ICE organization.
