Healing From Food and Seasonal Allergies
In this podcast episode, Dr. Megan Saunders shares fundamental information for ending seasonal allergies! Dr. Megan discusses why we suffer from seasonal allergies and what we can do to support our body’s immune response so we no longer have allergies!
It will surprise you to learn what really causes allergies and, after applying holistic medicine and dietary changes, how easy it will be to help your body no longer have seasonal allergies!
Food can either harm us or heal us. When it comes to our gut health foods that continue to cause harm and inflammation can actually cause us to have allergies and food sensitivities!
Those with allergies and digestive issues should absolutely do the elimination diet to help them both determine which foods they should avoid and to help push the reset button.
Eight foods account for about 90 percent of all food-allergy reactions: milk, eggs, peanuts, nuts, wheat/gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish.
The elimination diet will cut out all common allergens, including:
Gluten
Dairy
Soy
Refined/added sugar
Peanuts
Corn
Alcohol
Eggs, in some cases
Usually, all packaged, processed or fast foods
Most elimination diets last for a few months. It’s believed that antibodies — the proteins your immune system makes when it negatively reacts to foods — take around three weeks to dissipate. So this is usually the minimum time needed for someone to fully heal from sensitives and to notice improvements in their symptoms.
When doing the elimination diet preparation is key to your success. It is a long and boring process of discovering which foods you are reacting to and monitoring your symptoms .
Those who complete the elimination diet are so glad they did because they notice more energy, better sleep, increases mental clarity, stronger digestion and for those who suffered from allergies often notice their allergies go away completely! Even seasonal allergies over time have been seen to completely go away once someone has dialed in their diet to exclude all those foods that triggered their immune system to create the allergies in the first place.

Achieve Optimal Health with Ancient Medicine
Andrea Beaman is one of my heroes and in fact one of my teachers in the health programs that I have been in, in the last seven months. She’s one of the primary teachers at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition.
Personal Journey
When Beaman was 28 years old, she was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and goiter. The doctor recommended destroying her thyroid with radioactive iodine, contrary to the principles of alternative medicine.
She refused and instead, focused on healing her body with alternative medicine and natural, wholesome foods and improvements in her lifestyle and consciousness.
Years prior, Beaman watched her mom go through the process of breast cancer. She was diagnosed in the 1980s with breast cancer in the left breast, and the doctors did a radical mastectomy on her.
After five years, they told Beaman’s mother that she was cancer-free. Eleven years after that diagnosis, she fainted in the bathroom, and after some medical tests, they found that cancer came back and is now in her bones, lungs, brain, and liver.
Beaman watched her mother deteriorate. Her dad read an article about a Dr. Hugh Faulkner who healed himself of pancreatic cancer through a macrobiotic diet. They tried it on her mom, and they noticed her mom’s energy was better but she died a year and a half after her second prognosis.
After her mom’s death, Beaman decided to shift to alternative medicine, change her diet and her lifestyle when she was diagnosed with my disease. Then she started to feel good inside and outside.

Achieving sustainable weight loss is the primary challenge for everyone who has tried dieting. Chances are, we enthusiastically get on that fitness bandwagon, but we tend to stray for so many reasons. Well, you’re in for a treat today because my guest Adam Schaeuble will reveal the secret to achieving sustainable weight loss.
Previously Heavy Dude
Adam Schaeuble amusingly uses the abbreviation ‘Ph.D.,’ to describe himself. Ph.D. really stands for a degree awarded to people who have gained the highest level of learning. However, Adam Schaeuble uses it to refer to himself as ‘Previously Heavy Dude.’
You see, Adam Schaeuble wasn’t always the fit guy that he is today. A decade ago at 27 years old, he weighed a whopping 327 pounds!
He was at rock bottom during those times. However, fed up with his weight issues, he remembered that one day at the grocery wherein he resolved to change. He was determined to do something about his weight.
Incidentally, it was also around that time that a friend suggested some personal growth materials. Those reference materials focused on Laws of Attraction which gave Adam Schaeuble the foundation to his mission of achieving sustainable weight loss.

Man, Adam, you have such great traction going on. How’s it going?

A year and a half ago was when we did that first interview — I believe it’s September or October — that was the first big-audience interview. You’re the first person that said, “Yes, Adam, I want to share my platform with you and help you get your message out there.” It’s just been like rocket ship momentum ever since you said yes. So my friend, first off, thank you so much for helping propel this growth that I’m seeing.

Whatever it is you do, it’s going to come to you naturally in a future life. Eric Thorton says that in all of our lives when we resolve issues, we bounce energy typically.
“For example, if a person has committed suicide in a past life, it is a bad thing. The knowledge that would come into it subconsciously like fear of a high object will affect the present life,” said Eric Thorton.
He adds, “So then you’re going to start re-living being thrown off a high object. You’re going to think about negative things and then feel negative. And then they are going to remember jumping off a high object, and then they’re more likely to do that again.”

Learning The Right Breathing Techniques
We all know that we need to breathe to live. But are you aware that most of us do not know how to breathe properly? Well, you’re in luck today because I got Dr. Belisa Vranich, a breathing expert who will teach us proper breathing techniques that have significant health benefits.
Dr. Vranich’s Backstory
Dr. Belisa Vranich was a clinical psychologist for 20 years before she got into the business of teaching people proper breathing techniques. She likewise has an extensive background experience in psychometric testing, administering IQ tests as well as neuro psychological evaluations.
Then up until a decade ago, Dr. Vranich started going through a lot of stress. After trying out yoga, she liked the breathing techniques and decided to study more on the subject. After gaining knowledge and experience, Dr. Vranich eventually decided to offer a program called The Breathing Class.
The Breathing Class
We all say breathing is important, but most people often don’t know how. Our lack of knowledge of what are the right breathing techniques affects all our health and wellness in every way.
Upon signing up for the program, clients are initially made to undergo a functional breathing test. This test can show how breathing patterns affect people physically and mentally.
Consequently, The Breathing Class is a lung workout and tailor-made for each client. Dr. Vranich teaches breathing techniques that can either calm the person or make them more alert. Part of the process includes strengthening the breathing muscles, exercising the diaphragm and promote meditation habits as well.
“I initially didn’t think I’d be teaching meditation. But my class is a breath-centered meditation,” said Dr. Vranich. “You can get into a trans-meditative state by breathing well.”
