Hands-on time with Delta P Design's BREVIS II line of ultra light, ultra compact, "3D Printed" suppressors in 5.56 and 7.62. Additive manufactured through DMLS -- Direct Metal Laser Sintering -- technology, these are the shortest and lightest silencers on the market. The 5.56 Ultra is only 3.7 inches long and weighs just 6.6 ounces! That's insane! Despite the small size, it still reduces sound levels by a shocking amount and meters in at about 134-135 dB with M855 on a 16" barrel. In 7.62x51 or .308, it's about 135-136 dB on a 24" barrel and 138 dB on a 20" bbl. But only 5.5" long and just under 10 ounces in weight! We put the Lee Load-All 2 to good use, as we step up to the plate to meet VP Joe Biden's latest firearms-related challenge! This time ol' Double Barrel Joe, in a very endearing letter to a young kid (see it here: http://goo.gl/cbbXm), states that the country would be safer and people would be happier if guns shot chocolate. So... we loaded up a bunch of chocolate ammo and shot it through the Veep's favorite firearm -- a double barrel shotgun! 12 gauge chocolate loads include: * Mini M&M's "birdshot" * chocolate slugs (milk and dark) * cocoa powder * chocolate chips (Ghirardelli for max deliciousness) * Milky Way * Chocolate Laffy Taffy * Peanut M&M's (Danger! Peanuts are banned from grade schools for a reason!) Targets for this test were two small "interior wall" sections. Standard interior wall sheetrock (drywall) nailed to 2x4"s ~16" on center.
