1 large #onion, diced
2 medium #potatoes, sliced
4 cups raw #radish greens
4 cups veggie broth
5 radishes, diced
Add all of the #ingredients (except chopped radish) to a pot. Simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
Allow the #soup mixture to cool slightly, and transfer to a blender. #Purée until smooth.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and gently reheat. Serve with diced radish and some julienne radish greens. Enjoy! Zero points #purple. Makes approximately 6 servings.
