When you start a low-carb diet, one of the major issues is finding a way to provide sweetness to various dishes. I've tried most of the options available, and have decided that I prefer erythritol over the other choices out there. Sucralose (Splenda) works in a pinch, but I really don't like stevia or xylitol--for different reasons.
