So, a lot of software developers have this common question for me. They want to get a raise, they want to get paid more, they want to get high paying contracts but this isn't always an easy thing to do. There are a lot of negotiation and gatekeepers along the way.
Recently, Scott recorded a video asking me a question. His question was basically how should you convince your employer to pay you more money? He said that he was getting very frustrated because he couldn't get good deals when searching for jobs via recruiters. He said that they always end up getting the lower money deals.
So, how can you show your employer that you're a good bet and that you'll definitely make your project successful? This is definitely a question a lot of software developers and freelancers get asked all the time.

What Are The Areas You Should Master In Life?
Most people end up their lives not knowing everything they could and not understanding how life really works. We get caught up in distractions and in the belief that we should master ONLY what we see in our jobs that we end up neglecting some other important stuff out there in the world.
Today I'm going to talk about what are the areas of your life that you MUST master. And what I mean master, I talk about understanding the principles and how everything operates.
Let's take nutrition for example. Nutrition is something that you see (and eat lol) every day. We are eating all the time and this is something we should be aware of. We must understand how particles and nutrients operate so we can know what will be the best and the worst food for our bodies.
But this does not only apply to nutrition. We can talk the same about money, financial education, social skills, negotiation skills, etc.

So, fitness is something that has always raised some eyebrows and no matter how many studies are made regarding fitness routines, there will always be those who are for and against some practices.
Today we are going to talk about vegan diets.
"The term "vegan" was coined in 1944 by a small group of vegetarians who broke away from the Leicester Vegetarian Society to form the Vegan Society.
These people chose not to consume dairy, eggs or any other products of animal origin, in addition to not eating meat like the vegetarians.
Therefore, they felt the need to form a society that better represented their views.
The term vegan was chosen by combining the first and last letters of the word vegetarian. Veganism was originally defined as "the principle of emancipation of animals from exploitation by man."

ZZT Game And Why It Drove Me To Programming
Today I wanted to talk about something that has definitely marked my early career as a software development and this is ZZT, a very old game that I used to play A LOT.
For those who don't know, ZZT was a very popular game back in 1991. According to Wikipedia, "ZZT is an ANSI character-based video game, created in 1991 by Tim Sweeney of Potomac Computer Systems, which later became Epic MegaGames in 1992 and finally Epic Games in 1999. ZZT itself is not an acronym for anything; its title was chosen so it would always appear at the bottom of newsgroup listings. Although visually outdated at the time of its release, ZZT became fairly popular because of its integration of an object-oriented scripting language known as ZZT-OOP. The language allowed community involvement that extended beyond simply creating level terrain with the built-in editor."
So, this is exactly what I wanted to talk about. How ZZT and is abilities to engage users by allowing them to build its own levels had driven me to programming.

I Can't Overcome My Fear Of Talking To Girls
A lot of programmers face some serious problems when it comes to getting girls and getting into romantic relationships. While this might have different degrees of problems, there are some people that really suffer from this and, it ends up becoming a huge fear.
Talking to girls is somethign natural. We can talk to them as if they were friends or as if we wanted something "more than friendship" with them. However, a lot of people fear of even approaching girls and talking to them.
Today, I decided I would answer a really really long email. In this email, this guy was talking about how he fear a lot approaching and talking to girls. Not only that, he has a LOT more problems that need to be tackled and need to be worked on.
