DAOs have been talking about incentivizing activities, but how can we get people to perform what they are good at and motivated to do? Wouldn't better governance have people intrinsically motivated rather than bribed or coerced to do activities. We discuss intrinsic motivation and how we can create organizations that allow for intrinsic motivation.
