Then, that is what your skills are when the degree you got may no longer apply to what your current job requires or what your actual skills are. Or, that degree never even helped you to get started in a career anyway. It took me so long to discover my unique skills that I wasted eight years of my life in college. You must discover what your unique skills and strengths are. The sooner you discover your skills, the faster you can get ahead of your peers and find ways to monetize those skills. You could decide to work for an employer and then transition into doing your own thing. With everything moving online and employers wanting people to work from home. Employers now have the perfect excuse to let employees go. Employers can hire contractors and freelancers in less expensive countries. This is why you want to consider starting your own side hustle or online business once you know your unique skills. You could start your own website, YouTube Channel, substack, and find ways to monetize an online business.
