http://CollisionBlast.com/Books - This video is part 1 of auto repair estimates. Part 1 talks about what an estimate is and what it isn't. Auto estimates are an agreement between shop and customer, but not a guarantee of final invoice cost. There is always a possibility of hidden damage that may not be determined until tear down. However, all additional work must be agreed on before repairs are made. To learn more about auto repair estimates visit the blog post at http://autorepairestimates.blogspot.com/2010/01/what-is-estimate-damage-estimate-are.html
http://CollisionBlast.com - When spraying matte or flat colors, I have a quick simple trick for you to try. This method does require basic buffing skills so be sure to try this on a test panel to perfect method before trying on your car paint finish.
The end result makes a very cool custom paint effect, which does not have any paint lines. I don't know if there is anyone else using this method or if they have had satisfactory results. All I know is that it worked well when we have performed it. I recommend trying on a test panel to determine if you like the results or not.
