I digitally painted over a scanned fluid acrylic pour in the paiting program Rebelle.
I use what the visual chaos suggests for inspiration.
This is part of that process.
Hope you enjoy!

Painting Cute Little Owl Birds on Trees over Dripping Base - Acrylic Painting Process by Barbara Din
A quick miniature painting I did from a dripping I had for a while. I looked at it and I saw little fluffy creatures among trees, so I painted them.
I'm trying a different video making approach: in real time, just showing a few seconds of each part. Do you like this better than the full process sped up?

Mini #Mandala - Draw and Shade Blending with Gel Pens and a Water Brush
Here's a tiny mandala I made quickly with just gel pens and I shaded it with a water brush, just blending the gel pen ink I previously drawn.
Of course you don't need a water brush, you can use any regular brush and water.

Pareidolia Painting Fire Bird from an Acrylic Pour
Par·ei·do·lia | The perception of a recognizable image or meaningful pattern where none exists or is intended, such as the perception of a face in the surface features of the moon.
In my ongoing Pareidolia series, I work on a random base like a rock, a watercolor stain, or -in this case- an acrylic pour. I stare at it for a while until I see something, and then turn that vision into a finished artwork.

Mini Watercolor Painting Series - Cute Parrot Birds Acuarelitos 01 Painting Process by Barbara Din
---------- | ABOUT THIS VIDEO | ----------------------------------------
I started a mini series of these as my first tries with a watercolor set that I got for Christmas.
Just made a bunch of color backgrounds and then stared at them until I saw something, like a do with my Rockstros:

It's something that I enjoy so much, that I think I'm going to start a YouTube series with this, we'll see.

Acrylic Painting Bird and Cherry Blossoms Process - European Bee Eater on a Branch
I love birds, so I chose this colorful European Bee Eater as the subject. I composed it on a cherry blossom branch, another thing I like and never painted before.
This is the third piece in a series of paintings that I'm making on lovely green paper backgrounds mounted on MDF.
Size is 20x30 cm. (8x12 in.)
Real painting time was about 20 hours.
If you want to see a Great Blue Heron painting of the same series, click below:

Quick doodle on a plastic container that I will reuse as a planter (it was originally from ice cream).
The idea here is to doodle without thinking or judging. To let the hand flow and see where it takes you. Whether you like the results or not, it's a great exercise to loosen up.
