A long lost Atari Arcade prototype was released. There are two theories of how it got released. 1. One of Three Owners anonymously released the Rom. 2. A "Vigilante Technician" got the Rom & Dumped it without the Owner's Permission.

If the "Vigilante Technician" theory is real, it sucks that how it got out. It's good to see it regardless.

It has came out that AtGames is trying to get the Ms. Pac-Man IP from GCC.
