What is the Dorsal Column - Medial Lemniscus Pathway?
It's a chain of three neurons - first order, second order, and third order neurons - which convey sensory information relating to fine touch, vibration and proprioception, from the periphery to the brain.
Adding another dimension to the schematics we know and love.

The pterygopalatine fossa in 3D: realistic and schematic.
The space is complex, so I've tried to simplify it.

In aiming to keep things simple, you won't hear some of the titles used to refer to different sections in the literature (I find these just confuse the subject :P). Here's hoping this approach works for you.

In this video I've tried to walk through the structure of the greater sac. It's aimed at an intermediate level and I'd recommend watching the peritoneum video first.
The greater sac is formed by the anterior and posterior layers of the greater omentum, and everything in the peritoneum that spreads out from them.

Make sure you've watched our video on the inguinal canal - https://youtu.be/WFpyMnbjiQc - to get the most out of this video.
*This video contains one error: IO is the only muscular anteromedial reinforcement of the inguinal canal - TA starts a bit further up the inguinal ligament and contributes only to the superior wall.*

A quick summary about Borderline Personality Disorder, or BPD, one of the many personality trait-based DSM diagnoses. In this video I try to show some of the difficulties of living with BPD, as well as a bit about treatment of the condition.
Questions and corrections always welcome in the comments.
For those interested in the DSM classification, I've left out two diagnostic elements in this video - dissociation/paranoia, and suicidal/self harm behaviours.
