This is a section from the DVD series Energy from the Vacuum - 7 - Bedini 2009 Tesla's Impulse Technology. It has been uploaded for historical preservation and commentary.
006 - John shows the operations of the famous Bedini Cole motor and how it operates, he is using it to demonstrate how back EMF cannot charge battery's effectively.
This section is close to 1h long but it is mainly John converting the windows motor into his normal impulse motors and so I did not think it was relevant.
