So far I lost 59 pounds following Intermittent Fasting diet. It means that I fast most of the day. I drink coffee, tea and water and nothing else. At noon or so I eat for an hour and that is my first and last meal of the day. It wasn't easy at first, but it's a new norm for me now.

So far a good day: 3 miles walk, boxing, lifting, water aerobics - that's a 1000 kcal burned extra to my 2000 base burn.
My OMAD was a curry dish: potato, carrots, cauliflr, broccoli, yogurt with tilapia fish + avocado. after meal a banana and a Quest bar.
Total: 1196 kcal
Prtn: 72 g
Net Carbs: 110g
Fat: 43.4 g
Feeling after meal: very full and satisfied.
