So if you are involved in an auto accident, does the insurance company pay for tri-coat paint. I've been asked this question, and yes insurance will pay for tri-coat if that is what is on the car. Actually, there are quite o few new cars that come with tri-coat from the factory. The Mustang we are painting in this video is an original 3 stage paint job.
In this video students in the auto body and paint class are demonstrating auto body painting. They are showing auto painting for how to spray a tri coat three stage candy paint job. This is being done on an red metallic Mustang. The paint code is an E9 factory number. We are using PGG paint with 2021 PPG Clear Coat.

http://CollisionBlast.com - - DIY How To Change A Rear Tail Light Bulb On A 2009 Pontiac G6 and Save $40. - Hello Donnie Smith here, in today's video I am going to show you how to replace a rear tail light bulb. This will save you $40 when replacing a bulb on a 2009 Pontiac G6. The part only costs two dollars and only takes 5 min. to install. The first thing you want to do is remove the cargo net. There is an upper and lower attachment where it is attached. Simply pull the cargo net over the knob to remove. Then unscrew by hand the knobs that the cargo net was attached to you. Once those two knobs, the upper and lower, are removed you can pull back the truck interior carpet piece that covers the taillight. Next, once you have that interior carpet pulled back, it is not necessary to remove the complete interior just pull it back far enough to gain access to the two bolts underneath. Once this is done using a 10 mm wrench or a simple crescent wrench removed the two bolts holding the tail light in. Now removed the taillight assembly which will pull out from the car body. Next twist the tail light bulb connection to removed from the taillight housing. Then simply pull the bulb out of the socket. The part number will be labeled on the bulb itself. I believe this bulb was a 1157. You should be able to get one of these from any parts store. If in question, take the bulb with you to show the parts salesperson. After you get the new bulb pushed back into the socket. A test can be done at this time to assure the bulb is now working. Now basically just reverse the process, put the taillight assembly back on to the car body. Before securing it may be wise to check it one more time to make sure everything is working correctly. Now secure the two boats using a 10 mm ranch or crescent wrench, to secure the two knobs that hold the interior trim piece in him reattach the cargo net and you're done. That is all there is to it which only takes 5 min. and cost only costs two dollars for the part. Thanks for watching. http://CollisionBlast.com Putty glaze or glazing putty is a thinner filler used to fill pin holes and other small imperfections. It applies smoother and sands easier than body filler. It also does a good job of leveling the different layers of body filler and paint coatings.
