After making the vids it was apparent that the 4 stage centrifugal compressor was designed to be run by the 3800Hp Motor. the makers plates and numbers match.
I will tear into the compressor tomorrow!
Motor is made in 1977 is rated at 2950 RPM (2 pole) 11,000V 3 Phase AC - 50hz and is made by Tokyo Shibaura Electric (Toshiba) Japan

Rover seems to have a failed head gasket but I will give her a good run ASAP and find out for sure.
