On Saturday 23 Sep 2023 a large group of members from CVFR Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound, CVFR Trent Hills, our national President along with a few members from CVFR Ottawa, attended the annual Perth’s Honour Our Veterans Motorcycle Parade in Perth Ontario. A special thanks to Sue Doran and Julia Foley, the hosts of this event, along with members of the Veteran Commandos.
There were so many motorcycle enthusiast as far as the eyes can see, what a great annual event. The Canadian Veteran Freedom Riders from CVFR Bruce Grey-Owen Sound under the direction of our Road-Captain Mike aka Pegasus departed with 13 riders and our chase vehicle operated by Tom aka 4-Delta. Our photographer Roger aka Excalibur captured the moments on film and photos. The logistical planning was prepared months in advance by our unit founder Mike aka Static-Line. We completed a total of 1100 kilometers on our bikes for this weekend trip. A large number of riders from Trent Hills whom always welcome us entertained CVFR Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound to a BBQ on Saturday evening. A special thanks to the Founder/President of CVFR Trent Hills Norm aka QBall and his members, we are looking forward to riding with you all in 2024, to Manitoulin Island.
