This is a 3-second cadence timer with a 10-second countdown. The 3-second cadence is repeated for 30 minutes. There is a counter that counts the reps per minute (which is 20 reps per minute), a timer that counts down the minute, and a timer that counts down the 30 minutes.

This kettlebell combo has been named MBG after one of our Caveman Inner Circle members, Matthew Brandon Garner. The combo is a dead swing into triceps push-up. Although it can be performed with lightweight and a slower push-up, this combination is more suited to be performed with heavy weight and explosive.

This #kettlebell #combo hits the full-body, but especially the shoulder area. The combo consists of the military press, hang clean, and racked squat. It looks super simple but it's not.
You can program this as an EMOM and do for example 2 reps of the combo on every minute with the remainder of the minute being rest.

With the military press make sure put the heels together and take advantage of the benefits the instability will provide you with.

A video of double kettlebell overhead squat and some prep work before that working on the thoracic spine, hips, ankles, shoulders, shoulder blades, and then working up to two bells by starting with one.
It's not perfect yet, about 5 to 8% away from what I would call a good overhead squat.
