You can make your content available any way people want to consume it. So, I recommend that you make it easy to download (if it's a podcast, it should already be downloadable, but make sure it's easily downloadable), streamable (so that they can listen when they're out and about without fully downloading), and playable in as many ways as makes sense, but without DRM (digital rights management).
