Intu flow Principles; beginner
1) Intuition - you do know best what's for you body. Your bodily systems speak to each other, learn to listen. Grace and poise are natural states, we just have to learn how to remember them.
2) Universal - everyone develops in a predictable pattern. Everyone develops in a systematic way for moving from recovery to coordination to refinement.
3) Incremental - Recovering basic motor components of each joint; flexion, extension, rotation, then gradually coordinating and refining it with the rest of your movement. Gradual progress working towards permanent benefits.
