Scammed by an auto transport carrier. I have mentioned that I learn something new everyday, and sometimes we learn from bad experiences. This video is about a bad experience with fraud from an auto transport company,Universal Transport LLC . I needed a pickup hauled and filled out a quote online. Well, I have not worked with auto transport companies much and I believe I was scammed. In this video, I hope to get help for a solution and help others from the same scan.

http://CollisionBlast.com - In this video, I am providing some tips or a mindset that will help you in the workplace. You may not agree with everything said in the video, but I encourage you to consider the concept. Not only is the new employee being training on the job, new employee is also training others how to treat them. If you build a work relationship that makes them rely on you, you will be valuable to the employer.
http://CollisionBlast.com - In this video I am going to demonstrate how to back mask around the door openings to cover the inside of the car or truck when painting the door jambs.
After the doors have been removed, cleaning and scuffing the jambs, we're ready to mask. It is important to properly mask the opening to prevent overspray from entering the passenger compartment.
Mustang Restoration Project: In this video, we removed the old rusted outer wheelhouse from the mustang and we are preparing the flanges for the new wheelhouse. Once semi-straightened, we'll do a quick test fit before continuing the project.

http://CollisionBlast.com - Spray overlap is one of the techniques that needs to be mastered to become a better painter. Incorrect overlap can result in too little mill coverage and stripes. In the video, we talk about what overlap is and how to perform proper overlap.
Depending on the paint recommendations, 50% to 75%. Control coats may even recommend up to 90% overlap, but that is for another lesson.
It is also important to start by overlapping each panel edges. For example, half of the spray pattern on the panel and half spraying onto the masking paper. This will assure proper overlap and mill coverage on edges.

Question: @opie7afe - i've come to the point where i am confused with all the different types of primer, i'm working on painting the whole front end of my car which is a single stage white toyota, and planning on sticking with some urethane single stage paint. however the panels i am painting have factory paint (one is base/clear other is single stage. both parts will have some bare metal showing so i'm stuck on what primer to get, hoping i can get away with just one type of primer..please enlighten me! thanks!
If you are wanting one primer, the direct to metal may be the way to go. Check with your paint jobber to see if they carry one.
