I've been talking about framing a lot on this YouTube channel since I made the first video talking about it and realized how important it is for anyone who is trying to get something, whether it is making someone do what you want or something else.
However, I've seen lots of people actually doubting the power of having a dominant frame on some situations.
In this video, I'll show you why having the dominant frame works and what you can do about it.

I Lied On My Resume And Got The Job... NOW WHAT?
So, this is one of the most strange questions and emails I've received. Here is what happened.
This guy wrote a lot of skills on his resume to impress some companies. It turns out that this guy did not have ANY of the skills that he mentioned on his resume.
Besides that... Guess what. He just GOT THE JOB. He got the job that he applied to and now he will start working without knowing anything...
...
I don't know what to say! lol
So... What should he do in this situation? How can he turn this situation around so that he can actually benefit from the job?

"Dianetics" Book Review
So, this is another book review, this time with a book that I consider being... Well... Kind of unique.
Dianetics is the book I'll be reviewing today. As some of you might know, I am a big fan of personal development, goal setting, and psychology. I found the mind aspect being one of the most powerful factors when determining if a person will be successful or not. Dianetics is definitely a good book that talks a lot about these aspects.
Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
If you've ever felt there was something holding you back in life, ruining your plans and stopping you from being who you want to be, you were right.
The fact is, there is a single source of all your problems, stress, unhappiness and self-doubt. It's called the reactive mind – the hidden part of your mind that stores all painful experiences, then uses them against you.
Dianetics gets rid of the reactive mind. It's the only thing that does.
With over 20,000,000 copies in 50 languages, and used in more than 150 nations, Dianetics brings dramatic and permanent improvement to people all over the world.
Don't live with insecurity, negative thoughts, depression and irrational behavior. Use Dianetics and get rid of your reactive mind.

Video Response To The "Vegan Diets" Video
So, a few days ago I released a video called "Vegan Diets: Good Option For Building Muscles?" and, as I was expecting, it received a lot of hate and controversial comments.
This is why I decided to record this video response, so I could tell you a little bit more about my view, about how I'm looking at this whole "vegan" thing right now and what I'm planning to do next about this...

Vitamin D Deficiency & Extreme Workouts
Today we are going to talk a little bit more about fitness. In today's video I have received two questions. The first was regarding Vitamin D deficiency and the second one about extreme workouts.
Although they are not discussed as much as they should be, they are two really important topics that we need to talk about.
Vitamin D deficiency is becoming more and more frequent nowadays, especially due to the lifestyle we are adopting.
Extreme workouts are also becoming more frequent, due to the rise of the crossfit modality and, in fact, it can cause you more harm than you've imagined.
So, wanna know more about these two topics? Watch this video and find out!

Predicting The Bad So You Can Avoid It
Recently I did a video where I talked about the importance of not expecting everything to be screwed because it would eventually become screwed. It was like the law of attraction in action 100%.
On this same video, a lot of people came to tell me that this is a normal thing to do, because it led us to predict bad things before they could actually happen. And this is exactly what I'm going to talk about in this video.
What should you do to balance both things? How can you predict bad things before they can happen and not fill up your mind with negative thoughts?

Punish Yourself By Working Hard!
As human beings, we tend to punish ourselves. It's something intrinsic in all of us. When we do things that we were not "supposed to" do, we enter in what I call "punishment mode".
Let's take, for example, procrastination. Whenever we procrastinate, we see how bad things have become and how much time we've lost. Then, we start to feel guilty and to punish ourselves. However, this punishment is always bad. And makes us feel worse.
So, in this video, I decided I wanted to explain a concept to you when it comes to punishment. Instead of punishing yourself by doing bad things, punish yourself being productive. Punish yourself by working hard.

Choosing Between 2 Programming Job Offers
Choosing between two programming job offers can be difficult. Usually, choosing between two job offers include a lot of variables that you need to take into account.
If you think that salary is the only thing that will play a major role in your decision, you need to think twice. There are a lot of factors that you need to take into consideration when it comes to choosing the right job offer: working hours, benefits, etc.
Now, I know what you might be thinking: "I don't need all those benefits, John; I just want cash!"
It is important to consider not just the face value of the benefits but the utility value.
For some people, being a contractor can be an extremely profitable position versus regular salaried work because they simply don't care about or won't use the benefits provided as a salaried employee.
So, how do you choose between two programming job offers?
