A recipe for a healthy treat.
1/2 cup each
cereal, peanut butter, optional coconut flakes
2 tbs honey
Mix and roll into balls.
optional to roll in cocoa powder ( or coconut flakes)
refrigerate or freeze to firm up.

1/2 pint home canned turkey broth
two kinds of cabbage ( regular and Napa cabbage)
red bell pepper ( cubed up and from the freezer)
handful of broccoli ( again from freezer) Fresh veggies woukd be just fine if you have them.
Only seasoned with punch of salt and couple pinches of ground black pepper ( but you could season with desired spices to taste).
Cook until veggies are soft.
Serve up and enjoy!
