P.I.P.P Test - 20 August 2018 - Part 2 - NZ Police Henderson Station Recheck #3 am i being detained
22 August 2018 - while in the area taking some panoramic photos i decided to pop back to Henderson Police Station and take a few pictures/video, as shown, i had simply stopped and taken only a few photos of the Police Vehicle leaving etc, within a few minutes the Officer had stopped me due to his concern of someone conducting lawful activity.
This was an impromptu visit, on the 31st i will be back, with many cameras etc along with a conciliated Independent Police Conduct Authority Letter from Matt Laurenson (sergeant) of Henderson Police which states there is no privacy to be expected in consideration to this very entrance where i was unlawfully detained by Sgt Brian Leslie back in Sept 2015, should they attempt to impede or obstruct my lawful activity or unlawful detain me or id me they will be schooled.
Whether the NZ Police have a concern, unreasonable expectations or paranoia, none of which over-rides my rights affirmed under NZ BORA1990.
That will be published in the near future.
