Serpent Eating the Ground - Bravely Default Remix (Synthwave Opera)
This is my first ever commissioned remix, brought to you by request from Twitch friend Maverick Comic. Here's a link to his twitch page!

The thumbnail in this piece was created by lewd-dodo from deviant art. I haven't played through Bravely Default, but having watched the final moments of the game, including the final battle, I believe that this image really captures the energy of the main party facing off against the final boss.

My approach for this remix, as a vastly changing source track, was to tackle it as a sort of 'synthwave opera'; that is a synthwave version of rock operas such as Bohemian Rhapsody. There are multiple parts, or chapters, to the track, the first of which could be a complete contemporary song on it's own. The middle section is like an overture, leading into a conclusive arrangement that acts as a final chorus and outro.

Asheron's Call Lore - The Bremaster's Bible
Asheron's Call was released in 1999 and the server's were discontinued in 2017. After receiving two expansions; Dark Majesty and Throne of Destiny, the game's lore still remains one of the richest and most detailed expanded universes I've seen in modern times. It completely departs from well established fantasy tropes, creating it's own vast universe of creatures and concepts never before seen in a fantasy setting.
In today's quest, we return to Sanamar to meet with a brewmaster of the name of Rand. Rand has a problem. A bunch of drudge's have stolen his bremaster's bible. We must retrieve it for him, but oh, what unexpected adventures await?!!

Asheron's Call was released in 1999 and discontinued in 2017. The game's lore still remains one of the richest, most detailed expanded universes I've seen in modern times. It completely departs from well established fantasy tropes, creating it's own vast universe of creatures and concepts never before seen in a fantasy setting.
In today's adventure, we investigate a flightless white and black bird known as the penguin. They are quite cute, but nevertheless our journey brings us to a den of rather aggressive penguins who have stolen a shiny necklace from a... well, rather defenseless citizen of Sanamar.
