今天的影片要介紹大家， 使用美善品Thermomix， 利用簡單的食材， 在短短的不到半小時烹煮一道豆醬燜排骨。

?豆醬燜排骨的材料:

◾️食材
450克 排骨
20 克蒜頭
10 克黑醬油
10 克醬油

◽️調味料
5 克 豆瓣醬
10 克 冰糖
170 克水

?豆醬燜排骨的做法：
1）排骨洗淨， 用醬油和黑醬油醃製至少30 分鐘
2）蒜頭入美善品主鍋，以5秒/反轉鍵/速度5 切碎。 把蒜皮撿起， 並利用刮刀棒把切碎的蒜蓉刮至主鍋底部
3）加入排骨和調味料， 以25分鐘/120℃/反轉鍵/攪拌速度 烹煮

◾️Ingredients:
450g pork spare ribs
20g unpeeled garlic cloves
10g dark soy sauce
10g light soy sauce

◽️Seasoning
5g bean paste
10g rock sugar
170g water

Method (cooking using Thermomix):
1) Marinate pork spare ribs with soy sauce and dark soy sauce for at least 30 mins
2) Place garlic cloves into mixing bowl and chop sung 5 sec/Reverse Speed 5. Discard the skin and scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula
3) Add pork spare ribs and follow by the seasoning into mixing bowl. Cook using 25min/ 120℃/ Reverse Speed Slow Stir.
