"When it's Done" or "Two More Weeks" is No Way to Run a Software Project
It's hard to impossible to predict how long a software project will take. So, why have deadlines at all? In this video, Hans uses one of his own software projects (Warp3D Nova) to demonstrate why deadlines are essential to getting software projects finished and shipped to customers. Plus, he also gives a few tips on how to get deadlines (or "target dates") right.
Last time, we got displaying the 2D world working, but there was a big problem. The camera wasn't following scarfy (the player) wherever he went. Today, we add player tracking code to the 2D camera.

You get an EV code signing key so that Microsoft SmartScreen doesn't flag the software you wrote as potentially harmful. But, you hit a snag when trying to use it from your automated build server. The release build hangs when it's time to sign the code.
In this video, Hans explains what's going wrong, and how to work around it.

The DIY Laptop was powered via a self-made lithium ion battery pack. This works, but has safety issues because the battery supply chain has no way to verify the authenticity and quality of batteries (i.e., there's a risk of buying dangerous fakes).
So, in this video Hans is testing a new idea: using USB-C battery packs via a small USB-C power sink.

I've been through quite a number of web-hosts. In that time I've experienced both good and bad service as well as shared and VPS hosting. So, what should you look for? What would work best for you?
In this video I go through some of the hosting providers I've used, and who's hosting keasigmadelta.com right now.
My current recommendation is Cloudways (my current host):

I needed to upgrade my laptop with more memory and a faster (and bigger) hard drive. This is a golden opportunity to take a peek inside, and look at how the laptop was designed. Hopefully, it'll help with the DIY Mini-ITX laptop project (when it's restarted).

Making a home server accessible over the internet can be a real pain. It's been made worse lately with more home networks being placed behind a Carrier Grade NAT.
There are workarounds, but they're also complicated. This video presents the problem, and a potential solution: a server tunnel service.

We're all living through the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting lockdowns. The massive disruption to life, work and business is affecting us all, and a new normal is going to emerge once this is over. In this video, Hans talks about what software development post-pandemic might be like.
The internet will most likely play an even bigger role in people's lives, and many more people will want an online business with digital products and/or product delivery via courier. This creates both opportunities for software developers, and the responsibility to help the rest of society get back on their feet (especially the small business owners and individuals).
