In late 2005, Kagan joined Facebook as an employee where he served as product manager for eight months.After being fired from Facebook, he then joined Mint as the director of marketing. At Mint, Kagan developed the initial marketing strategy for the launch of the website. Noah was with Mint.com for 10 months and left the company prior to the product's launch in September 2007 at TechCrunch.
After Mint, in June 2007, Kagan founded KickFlip, a payment company for social games. In March 2010 Kagan founded AppSumo, a daily deals website."

If you deal with marketing in your day-to-day life, you've probably heard that marketing is a "result oriented" thing. But, what do I mean by marketing being "result oriented"?
Whenever you try to market something, you need to focus on the results you're bringing to your audience, instead of the features of your project. But does it have an explanation for it?
Well, in fact, yes. When you focus on the result you go straight to your audience's dreams and desires. When you focus on the results that your product can bring, you open the eyes of your customers to how their lives can change after they buy what you have to offer. And this little tweak on the way you market your products or services can literally change how your customers perceive the value of your offer and increase the chances of people buying it.

China: The Terracotta Army & Long-Term Thinking
Today we are going to talk about the Terracotta Army and how its long-term thinking created an amazing piece of historical and tourist point.
So, for those who doesn't know, the Terracotta Army is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210–209 BCE and whose purpose was to protect the emperor in his afterlife. (Wikipedia)
This amazing (and intriguing) visitation lead me to think about the Chinese Empire, which has been around for such long time and has developed an amazing way of thinking, which is long-term thinking.
