The Letv Viper Scooter is pretty good out of the box. I'll have a final review later and comparison to some other scooters as well. The construction and build quality are very good. It is reasonably water resistant as well, but it's not waterproof, or IP67 like the Xiaomi. It is however a lot lighter, and $250 cheaper. I wouldn't want to commute on this thing, but for short trips it would be great.
