It begins with a cutscene that looks kinda clumsy: closer to the end Faith's hands seem to be positioned away from the zipline. Still, a great touch that overall makes the level more interesting. And the animation looks different from the ones we're used to see in the game.
Lovely lighting, well placed sun.
The building looks impressive, had nice weird futuristic design with these strange walls that don't reach the floor. Truly, future can't be understood from the present.
Jump to another roof. Ambient sounds make the place feel alive, no one seems to be around on the streets, but they are in the shadow to detract attention from that, and it's clearly early morning in summer, when most people are sleeping.
Roofs looks fresh. We often see details not present in other Mirror's Edge levels. Dark glass at 01:38, orange grates and nice tall part of the building at 02:55.
As we advance, the place becomes more alive. Cars appear on the street at 03:21. Cityscape has variety of short and tall buildings, and the buildings we run through look different from the others, seems like they were modeled specifically for this map. Interesting way to add replayability: we can choose our path.
Checkpoints are implemented so you won't have to replay the location. Path to progress is designed in a way that would attract attention, going as far as adding footprints to the walls we're supposed to climb.

When this bandit ran, he was so determined that even a wall couldn't stop him, he ran right through it.

Excellent texture choices, good variety of locations, dangerous enemy placement that constantly keeps you on your toes. Enemies hiding in small niches, enemies lurking behind impassable objects waiting to for a chance to attack, ambushes with crowds. A lot of textures are used, making the place look and feel like a richly decorated castle with different sections and windows from where the night starry sky and fields can be seen.

Interesting detailed eeire scenery, unique use of the game's textures, combat arenas with multiple possible approaches, nice small sector-made things lying on tables such as ashtrays with cigarettes, radio with headphones. Engine supported this kind of detail even back in 1993, good to see someone put it to good use.
