With the recent surge in interest in cryptocurrencies, smaller altcoins aside from the “big 3” (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin) have been gaining more and more interest and attention in the public eye. While there are a number of cryptocurrency exchanges out there, many require extensive setup and verification processes before being able to so much as make your first deposit. To help you cut out the chaos of getting started with your first altcoin purchase (like Ripple), we will be walking through the quick and easy set up process on the Binance crypto exchange.
Bittrex vs Binance
Binance trading fees are less than half of what you pay at the Bittrex exchange. Opening an account with Binnance is a lot easier than Bittrex (just follow the sign up link below to get started, enter your email and password, and you're ready to go) ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhLqokRV9mM

Crypto markets and Bitcoin are crashing! Many traders blame recent news about South Korea's potential ban of Bitcoin and crypto exchanges. Even though the crackdown hasn't yet begun, FUD is spreading everywhere.
But are we really experiencing a crypto market crash or a just a normal cyclical decline?
Regardless of the reason, now more than ever it's important that you equip yourself with the tools and techniques required to buy and sell cryptocurrency coins at the right prices. I will show you some of the strategies I use to actively trade.
To trade, I currently use the Binance platform, as well as Tradingview charts for more advanced technical analysis (see links below to access Tradingview, our other social media pages, etc.).

Today we're swapping things up a bit from our prior "cryptos for beginners" format. We had a number of requests from subscribers to crank up the info provided and extend the videos out a touch.
So we did! Along with extending our future "Two Minute Token" videos, we've also normalized some of the info covered to give you a more complete look at each coin every time.
Enough about that though!
For today's Two Minute Token Talk we'll be taking a look at the Ripple project and it's XRP token.
As many of you are already aware, Ripple isn't exactly at the top of my list for "good crypto projects". All the same its still good to look at the issues with Ripple and see why it has so many crypto fanatics up in arms.
In short we'll be covering:

Digitex Futures saw the price of their DGTX token collapse by over 70% on April 26th. Was this the result of another crypto scam? Use the links below to follow the money and let us know what you think!
We actually met members of the Digitex team (including the CEC Adam Todd) at their Miami office in July 2018 and helped them with their marketing until late 2018 (prior to their first major launch delay of their exchange earlier this year). Since our initial meeting, we expressed our wishes to refrain from committing to a full partnership until their actual futures exchange was launched. Nevertheless, in light of our past relationship and considering the extreme nature of their recent price drop, we took a particular interest in what actually happened on the morning of April 26th.
In short, I did some simple blockchain forensics via Etherscan to “follow the money (or should I say 'the crypto')!” First, I backtracked the wallet where we had received our marketing payments in DGTX from their team (See “CP DGTX Wallet” address below) to the wallet that had submitted the payments (See “DGTX Payouts” address below). I then followed the trail to another wallet (See “Feeder Account” address below) that had provided the majority of the funding to the prior payment account. In the video, I cover four outputs (See “Feeder Path” 1 through 4 addresses below) of millions of Digitex tokens that came from this account in the days prior to the drop, all landing on either HitBTC or Mercatox exchanges. Along with this, there were a number of possibly suspicious addresses which deposited large sums of DGTX into this “Feeder Account,” and made up a huge number of additional transactions to exchanges during the days prior to the crash (All of these addresses will be labeled and provided at the end of this description).
In addition to analyzing the payments themselves, I also looked at the timing discrepancies seen between the price dump and the announcement that purportedly caused this Digitex downturn. But I'm not here to make accusations, just present the actual evidence. I'm confident you can do the math.
But let's not jump straight to one conclusion. Perhaps this was all a normal dump from ICO investors responding to news. Even if this was the case, there are still major questions to be asked about Digitex's claims of when they actually had knowledge of the issues versus reporting the delay. Was it really possible for their CEO Adam Todd not to know about their platform problems prior to the announcement? We examine this and even take a further step back and ask, “Was Digitex perhaps blindsided by all this?” If by some chance this was the case, it still demonstrates an monumental level of mismanagement by a company that was due to launch their much anticipated and previously delayed product in just five days!

Ahh, the cries of the crypto fanatics.... HODL!!! Just HODL!!!! But what's better, trading or hodling cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin?
There's no doubt if you've been in the crypto space for some time that you've heard the world HODL before (as well as the term used for an extreme crypto fan or purist, “HODLER”). Some people say that HODL is a term unique to cryptos, a deliberate misspelling of the world “hold.” Others argue that HODL really means Hold On for Dear Life, a term that goes back much further than digital currencies! While it may be a common phrase, HODL is without a doubt one of the most dangerous when it comes to the cryptocurrency space, definitely making you “hold on for dear life” when it comes to crypto portfolio!
To be quite frank, HODL is quite simply not a viable investment strategy, much akin to jumping from a plane without a parachute. It requires blind faith in cryptocurrencies as an asset class that will drastically change the world and will appreciate considerably over time. While that may be true, there are a lot of uncertainties in that journey; uncertainties that can make investing in Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptos a very, very painful experience!
Today, I'm going to break down my five standout reason's why actively trading (or day trading) your portfolio can be a much better and profitable form of managing your crypto assets than a simple HODL strategy.
But how do you feel about the whole trading vs hodling argument? Should you buy and hold BTC and other coins because, at the end of the day, the magic of crypto will make you an eventual millionaire or should you day trade or buy and sell cryptocurrencies more actively, even the coins that you're a long-term fundamental believer in?

Is crypto mining still profitable in 2019? Is there really a way to configure GPU and ASIC hardware, cooling equipment, profitability calculators and other magical relics to make mining worth it?
At least in 2017, when we released our first mining video on Youtube, it was actually possible to make some good money with mining. In fact, mining is what led to my foray into the world of cryptocurrency. It's why I started leveraging off my experience building high end computers to build some pretty crazy GPU mining rigs; rigs that were in pretty high demand at the time and quite a few people actually purchased.
During that time, one of my partners also started picking up a number of ASIC miners to add to his collection, including a Bitmain L3+ which will have a bit of a cameo appearance during the beginning of this video. You don't want to miss that!
Over two years later and much wiser in the realm of bitcoin mining, blockchain and all other things crypto, I can honestly say that we don't own any mining rigs anymore. We actually sold off all our GPU miners by the very beginning of 2018. But what bout the ASIC rigs? You'll see shortly, trust me!
The reality is that there has been an extreme shift in the crypto space since we started mining, which has led to an unprecedented influx of institutional money into the industry. This has caused a huge increase in competition for mining revenue, which continually decreases the useful life of existing mining hardware and reduces mining profits at an alarmingly rapid rate.
