Discipline is a must for people who want to get ahead with their lives and achieve their dreams. Developing discipline can change the way you achieve your goals and complete your projects.
However, this is not a simple thing to do. People fail to follow a proper plan with their careers and this is usually a thing that divides successful people from mediocre people.
So, how do you develop discipline on a daily basis?

How To Build HUGE Biceps? (Not What You Think)
I see a lot of bragging about how huge my biceps are and I see a lot of people wondering about how I was able to grow such huge arms.
So, the secret for huge biceps is... Not working on the biceps itself.
The key to building huge arms and biceps is working on the other muscles that are tied to it, which are basically chest, back and shoulders.
So... What is the secret for building huge biceps?

"Peak" Book Review
It's been a while since my last book review... Well, I've been kind of busy learning Italian and I've been not reading so many books lately.
Anyway, I decided to do a review on "Peak", which led to be one of my favorite books of all time.
Here is the book description, extracted from Amazon:
"Have you ever wanted to learn a language or pick up an instrument, only to become too daunted by the task at hand? Expert performance guru Anders Ericsson has made a career studying chess champions, violin virtuosos, star athletes, and memory mavens. Peak condenses three decades of original research to introduce an incredibly powerful approach to learning that is fundamentally different from the way people traditionally think about acquiring a skill.
Ericsson's findings have been lauded and debated, but never properly explained. So the idea of expertise still intimidates us - we believe we need innate talent to excel, or think excelling seems prohibitively difficult.
Peak belies both of these notions, proving that almost all of us have the seeds of excellence within us - it's just a question of nurturing them by reducing expertise to a discrete series of attainable practices. Peak offers invaluable, often counterintuitive, advice on setting goals, getting feedback, identifying patterns, and motivating yourself. Whether you want to stand out at work, or help your kid achieve academic goals, Ericsson's revolutionary methods will show you how to master nearly anything."

How To Write Clean Code?
As software developers, writing code is definitely a priority for us. Just like architects, whose task is to design beautiful and good looking buildings, our job is quite similar.
We're hired to create automation solutions to problems that exist in different industries. Sometimes, people only tend to evaluate the final product, which is the app/software/solution we present them.
However, there is much more to this story. The foundation of the final product is the code. And, when the code is well written, everything flows much better.
So, how can you possibly write better and cleaner code? The cleaner your code, the better you'll be seen as a professional and the easier it will be for you to make adjustments, correct bugs and implement new features in the future.
Are you interested in writing cleaner code? Watch this video and find out!

Composition Vs. Inheritance: How To Choose?
Today we are going to talk about real programming.
Composition Vs. Inheritance. Have you ever heard about these terms? How should you choose between these two terms?
One of the advantages of Object-Oriented programming language is code reuse. There are two ways we can do code reuse either by implementation of inheritance (IS-A relationship), or object composition (HAS-A relationship). Although the compiler and Java virtual machine (JVM) will do a lot of work for you when you use inheritance, you can also get at the functionality of inheritance when you use composition.
As you all know, Inheritance is fundamental to object-oriented programming. A programming language may have objects and messages, but without inheritance, it is not object-oriented (merely "object-based", but still polymorphic).
Composition is also fundamental to every language. Even if the language does not support composition (rare these days!), humans still think in terms of parts and components. It would be impossible to break down complex problems into modular solutions without composition.
So, how can you possibly know what is the best? How to choose between composition and inheritance? Watch this video and find out!

Work-Life Balance: Are You Living For The Weekend?
Are you living for the weekend? I can bet you've heard this question several times before and I'm pretty sure it has caught your attention. It probably made you think of how you are spending your life and how you are doing things, right?
So, let me ask you this question one more time: Are you living for the weekend?
A lot of people are struggling to find the so-called work-life balance. They struggle with balancing and separating things. They feel that, in most cases, their life get in the way of their work and they usually carry a lot of work to their homes.
However, is this the right approach. Does this work-life balance even exist? How people are so concerned about this stuff and they always end up so frustrated, thinking that they've tried it all?
In this video I'm going to talk more about the famous work-life balance and why you shouldn't be living for the weekend.

How Do You Know If You're On The Right Path?
Sometimes we tend to feel completely lost in our lives. We feel stuck, we don't know which path we should follow and it can cause an extreme feeling of hopelessness and anxiety.
I receive a lot of emails from people asking me "John, how do I know if I'm on the right path?". Whether this is such a difficult question to answer, I decided to do a video about this.
In this video, I talk about some things you can do to evaluate if you're on the right track of your life. While this is not 100% guaranteed (and this is good), I think it can benefit a lot of people.
