22nd August 2017 Part Two Day 16 Our continuing journey to That Phanom, marred by Google Maps sending us on a merry dance, a circular long-winded way that meant it took 50% longer than it should have. We did stop several times for fueling and toilets, and of course food. The 7-11 was also very useful. Finally, we arrived and met up with Chuck and Paige. Later, after settling into the White House, sadly no Donald was around, we went to a restaurant with them and had a wonderful meal. After Chuck and Paige went home (they go to bed fairly early) we took a drive around but not a lot was open.
