The KALI (Kilo Ampere Linear Injector) is a linear electron accelerator being developed in India by the Defence Research Development Organization (DRDO) and the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). It is not a laser weapon as commonly believed. It is designed to work in such a way that if an enemy missile is launched in Indian direction, it will quickly emit powerful pulses of Relativistic Electron Beams (REB) and destroy the target. Unlike laser beams, it does not bore a hole in the target but thoroughly damages the on-board electronic systems.
The S-400 Triumf, is an advanced air and missile defence system intended to engage targets at ranges of up to 400 km, in an intensive jamming environment, says James Bosbotinis, a UK-based specialist in maritime and air force developments.
Not only is it highly advanced, but it costs a fraction of its counterparts. The S-400 system costs around $500 million, in comparison to the Patriot Pac-2 which comes in at around $1 billion. This is one of the major reasons why the S-400 has garnered interest all over the world.
Russian made arms generally cost a fraction of their US counterparts due to lack of maintenance support. Andrew Hunter, director of the Defense-Industrial Initiatives Group at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, told CNBC, "When foreign militaries buy American, above and beyond the purchase, they are buying a partnership with the U.S. military."
In the case of India, the US has threatened to impose sanctions under Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act (CAATSA) legislation. China has already had similar sanctions imposed.
In India’s case, Bosbotinis explains, such sanctions could threaten growing defence cooperation between the US and India, which, ironically, is intended in part to counter China. Similarly, the US is threatening to block the sale of the F-35 to Turkey if it proceeds with a planned S-400 acquisition.
The SA-21 at its current position near Hmeimim Air Base near Latakia provides coverage over most points in Syria. In addition, various NATO assets that are engaged in the region against the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIL) would be in the range of the S-400.

Well, India has a secret weapon called the KALI, a lethal defence weapon that can cripple enemy weaponry. Here are some interesting facts about the KALI.
The name KALI stands for Kilo Ampere Linear Injector and is a linear electron accelerator being developed in India. One important thing to note is that the missile is not a laser weapon.
It is a particle accelerator being developed by DRDO.
The KALI series (KALI 80, KALI 200, KALI 1000, KALI 5000 and KALI 10000) of accelerators are described as "Single Shot Pulsed Gigawatt Electron Accelerators".

Firstly, Indian Kashmir has much greater dependency on Infra then people of POK. Due to sheer scale.. Also 85% of the particular Kashmir valley is with India. Thus, India needs to burn it's pocket more.
If you're talking about tourism Infra, then Indian Kashmir is way better. You have, Gondola ride to what not. The world's tallest bridge is under construction in Kashmir, right now. India sure has pumped more funds than Pakistan. Similarly, the Northern areas of PoK ie Gilgit- Baltistan, has better infra for mountaineering expeditions unlike our's.

A missile defence system is intended to act as a shield against incoming ballistic missiles. The Russian-built S-400 Triumf — identified by NATO as the SA-21 Growler — is the world’s most dangerous operationally deployed modern long-range surface-to-air missile system, and is considered much more effective than the Terminal High Altitude Area Defence system developed by the US. The S-400 is a mobile system that integrates a multifunction radar, autonomous detection and targeting systems, anti-aircraft missile systems, launchers, and a command and control centre. It can be deployed within five minutes, and is capable of firing three types of missiles to create a layered defence. It can engage all types of aerial targets including aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, and ballistic and cruise missiles within a range of 400 km, at an altitude up to 30 km. It can simultaneously track 100 airborne targets, including super fighters such as the US-built F-35, and engage six of them at the same time.

this is the wrong perception has been created that china will use shorter route from gawader to beijing to complete their oil requirement. this may be short route but this land route from pakistan will cost more to china. if it is only for western part of china then it is Understandable but china’s 94% of population lives in east china within 45% of land and rest 6% people lives on 55% of land. so, china will never want route where only their six percent of population lives because it will cost more to china than the sea route.
