DMT Breakthrough Simulation - A mind blowing 5 minute trip through hyperspace
In this video I try to describe the utterly weird and wonderful experience of a breakthrough DMT trip, from the initial jump into hyperspace, through to meeting godlike entities.
This journey had everything from ancient architecture, occult mysteries, intergalactic travel... all delivered within the real-time duration of about 5 minutes. Its COMPLETELY INSANE.
Its not necessarily supposed to make 100% sense, because its almost impossible to convey the bizarre head space of what one of these DMT experiences feels like, but this is about as close as I can get with the limited tools of the English language and our primate brains.

DMT is often referred to online as "spice" but where does this name come from?
In this video I combine my love of psychedelics with one of my favourite novels, the sci-fi epic - Dune, and discuss the origins of "spice" and why it became a pseudonym for DMT. I go into detail on the effects of the drug described in the novel, and compare against its real world counterpart.
Also this gives a chance for me to fanboy over the upcoming Dune 2020 movie which is due out later this year ?

I've been curious about trying float tanks ever since hearing about them on the Joe Rogan podcast, so I decided to head down to my nearest float center and see what all the fuss is about!
As with all my videos this was paid for entirely by me, there was no discount or freebie offered by the float center. I pretty much ninja stealthed recording this video so I doubt they even realised I was filming anything. That said it was a really nice place so I would recommend it.

I recently discovered the channel "Amanita Dreamer" which, as the name suggests, is completely focused on the amanita muscaria mushroom. There is something fascinating about this mushroom, but I realised that I hardly knew anything about it, and what I did know was tainted by fear mongering propaganda, and so it was refreshing to find such a wealth of information on the subject.

I really enjoyed talking to Amanita and we cover everything here from the power of ritual, to mental health, and of course the amanita muscaria mushroom and its effects. Amanita (the person) comes at this from a very grounded and level headed approach, and has a background in science and research. She was very open and transparent about her own journey with this mushroom, and I hope this will be the first of many conversations.

Its very common to feel anxiety or fear going into a psychedelic ceremony, particularly ayahuasca with its notorious body discomfort and purging.
This was something I used to really struggle with, but I came to realise that most of this fear was being needlessly generated, and then manifested through my body language. In this video I show how I managed to go into these experiences with a more positive outlook.

This video is all about what most people would call a "bad trip", and how those difficult experiences can have great value. Therapy or healing is never an easy process, and sometimes we have to go through the darkness to emerge in to the light.
This was one of the most painful emotionally painful experiences I have ever been through, but despite that it was also extremely therapeutic in that it released a lot of feelings I have been suppressing since childhood.
Normally with my trip reports I am talking about an event months after it has occurred, usually once I have had time to process the experience. In this case it was filmed just a few hours later, so all the thoughts and revelations are still very close to the surface.
The psychedelic in question was 5g (dried) of magic mushrooms, but the end result felt much closer to an ayahuasca ceremony rather than mushrooms. It even ended with a physical purging and bodily discomfort which is not the norm for me at all with mushrooms.
