In Episode 3, we will be creating a simple Mac Application that sends data to another view controller. The code slightly changes, and instead of UIViewController in iOS development, it will be NSViewController in Mac apps. Everything is prefixed with NS-, but same programming language!
In the next episode, we will be looking at UISlider.
Today's video I have talked about how simple it is to store cache of the Firebase Database, in case the user goes offline, they still can access to the cached database, then read and write data into the database as usual.
Just get started by typing this after the FIRApp.configure() line in the didFinishLaunchingWithOptions method in the AppDelegate Class:
// Import Statements
import FirebaseDatabase
// Code
FIRDatabase.database().persistenceEnabled = true

In this video we have allowed users of the app to edit the name of the cell. We added a segue from the cell to the view controller, and the data passes from one view controller to another. Then, when the user hits the save button, it updates the cell.
In the next video, we will be wrapping up the series, by saving the data in the .plist file. The next time the user launches the app it loads the data that they have left off.

In this video, we compare how Final Cut Pro X exports against iMovie. And it also shows that Final Cut Pro exports much faster than the iMovie. I export this 14 minute 1080p video in 15 minutes! (normally 50 minute for FCPX 1080p, 1.7 hours on iMovie 1080p).
This video is part of the Final Cut Pro challenge.

*Next Video: D-Link DWA-123 USB Adapter Unboxing
Long time did not make videos about Final Cut Pro Challenge! In this video, we talked about it, and in my opinion it is worth it. I will get it when I have the budget, and it costs $299.99. You can get a commercial software, and it exports faster on the 12-inch MacBook 2015.
In the next couple of videos, we not be coding, instead we will be unboxing and set up some interesting products that are useful for me and it could be you too! These products are: Wifi USB Adapter and USB-C to USB2.0 cable.

In this tutorial I have shown you how to embed PDF documents into an iOS Application, by using UIWebView, which allows developers to integrate web pages into their apps. It also displays PDF files, locally or downloaded from the internet whenever the user taps a button to load a PDF file.

UPS is very common in commercial environment to prevent data loss in the event of sudden power failure. You might not know this, there's UPS for general consumers not just for protection against data loss, but to protect our gadgets with lightning strikes and over-voltage protection (or under) too, because all modern UPS have AVR and lightning protection built in. This is the cheap one that I will show you, but if you have an extreme gaming rig or something that draws high power, you will need to bump up your budget to about $60.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE A UPS WITH LASER PRINTERS AND SCANNERS!

I haven't been uploading videos for a while since the last episode of TechCoder Show. My tripod just arrived, and I have unboxed 3 of them in this video, and I have also ordered some lightning equipment for my videos, and a webcam from Amazon, for future TechCoder Show releases every alternate Friday. These tripods will mount these things.

This is another UI element which is easy to implement when writing Swift code, which is UISwitch. Yesterday, I have talked about UISlider and we have set the minimum and maximum value of the slider, then we display the value on a label. This time when the app is first launched the background started orange. When we turn the switch off, it changes the background colour to red, then when we turn it back on it changes again to green.
