Think camping on the beach is romantic? After spending three days on the beach of the Salton Sea it was finally time to leave! As we were packing up I noticed another traveler stuck in the sand closer to the water and thought to myself, “if I’m gonna try and get out of here I need to do it while someone is already here to tow me out in case I get stuck!” As luck would have it I did get stuck! And in the process of getting me out the recovery truck got stuck! So we called some friends I made at the RV park I stayed at just up the road and they towed the recovery truck out and also got stuck! So then the recovery truck had to pull my friends out and then he was finally able to get me and the #Avion free! Big props go out to my friends Dale and Lonna for being so generous with their time in getting Nora Lucero to the airport on time and a big thanks to @cavalry_rescue_911 for being so patient and helpful!
