This is the Ace of Wands for SF, an ally, from the Drill Sergeant Grey Nexion of the Tempel ov Blood's (Upon the Order of Nine Angles Cosmology) Dark Memes Tarot. The altar for this group was not shown, but a person can see that it started with 17 stones and how that relates to some of what I said.
