Jebediah Kerman Runnning... On Minmus.... At The Speed Of Sound - Kerbal Space Program
Still working on an acceptable microphone solution, so I made this - 26 hours of Jebediah walking across Minmus, sped up 300 times, which means that he's moving at roughly the speed of sound.
Some smartass will point out that there's no atmosphere on Minmus so there's no sound.
Smarter people will point out that running at this speed on minmus is impossible because it's faster than the orbital velocity.

Light everything in this indie puzzle platformer, I bought the game in a humble bundle and I'd played a couple of levels but decided to give it a serious go on video, unedited.
(I know it's an hour long, but it still takes less time than my typical KSP videos)

It's been a week since my HTC Vive was delivered, unfortunately one of the controllers was defective, which limits what I can do with the device right now. But I figured there was enough sillyness to show off.
Warning, annoying and/or adorable kids!

In sci-fi the idea of an asteroid base is a common trope, we see them in The Expanse and in Elite: Dangerous. However, spinning up an asteroid leads to all sorts of problems and challenges, so let's crunch the numbers....
Edit: made a bit of an oopsie with my first slide on radiation pressure, it shouldn't say 'Yarkovsky' effect.

Analysis of the black site vial gives our team some pointers to investigate a new ADVENT facility, but with the AVATAR project getting close to complete once again it's decided to destroy another facility to buy us some more time.

Starscape originally dates from 2003, it was released on Steam a couple of years ago, but judging by the steam community not many people play this. And to be honest I hadn't played it much either, I'd acquired it as part of some bundle on Steam and after S.P.A.Z.&B.H. came out I never played this again. So, right away I'm going to say that in terms of graphics, audio and controls SPAZ beats this in every way, but there's a bit of a story in here, and maybe you find the game worthwhile because you like spaceship games with stories?

It's a popular trope in Science Fiction, and indeed in scientific visualization, a stunning view of Saturn and its rings viewed while standing on one of Saturn's moons. However, the reality is that only 2 major moons - Mimas and Iapetus - offer anything other than a near perfect edge on view of the rings. And there's good scientific reasons for why this is the case.

A quick video about the Ariane 5 rocket. The European designed launch vehicle had an unfortunate problem on its first mission, but it's scheduled to launch for the 100th time in a few hours!
