Do you know what Gravitas means? According to "Free Dictionary Online, Gravitas is "seriousness, solemnity, or importance". It is one of the main Roman virtues and I believe it is a very importance virtue if you apply it correctly to our current situation.
How can you have Gravitas in the 21st century? How can it benefit you?

Plateau: The Worst Stage Of Growth?
I've talked several times on this channel about growth and what are the different stages of it.
As life goes on, you'll start to realize that you can't experience steady growth 100% of the time. There will be times where you'll fall backwards and, most of all, plateau.
But... What is a plateau?
"Psychology. a period of little or no apparent progress in an individual's learning, marked by an inability to increase speed, reduce number of errors, etc., and indicated by a horizontal stretch in a learning curve or graph."
Most consider this to be one of the worst stages of growth... But... Is it?

Have you ever heard the term "cringeworthy"?
"Cringeworthy" could be defined as "a portmanteau of the words "cringe" and "worthy" and is an Internet slang term used to describe a wide range of social media blunders and FAILs that may evoke feelings of awkwardness, embarrassment or even pity."

How To Become A DevOps?
It's not too often that completely new roles are invented in the IT field, so the role of DevOps is both unique and a little, shall we say, loosely defined.
What exactly is DevOps?
Well, it's a conglomeration or a mashup, if you will, of development and operations.
In my mind, I think MacGyver.
If you ask different people, you'll get many answers, but for the most part, they'll agree that DevOps is all about doing whatever needs to be done to get the code built, tested, deployed, and running in production.
It's the multidisciplinary process of getting code from development to production and taking care of the code when it's there.
Instead of having two or three separate roles that don't know much about each other, and are arguably hostile and antagonistic at times, DevOps is about taking full ownership at every step along the way.
So... How do you become a DevOps? What is the process behind becoming a DevOps? Watch this video and find out!

Build Muscles Without Hard Work (Is It Possible?)
What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you decide that you want to build muscles and become fit? Going to the gym, lifting weights, hard work, right?
Yeah, me too. This is definitely the first thing that comes to my mind and this is something we can't even say the contrary. Muscles come with lots of hard work, stress, injury, stimuli, etc.
However, is it possible to build muscles without hard work? Today I have received a question from a reader asking me if it was possible to build muscles without hard work.
He tells me that he is a software developer and he does not have time for all the fitness schedule involved with building muscle. So, he asks me if he could build muscles with "passive involvement". What do you say?

In this video, I talk a little bit about developing business skills. If you're a programmer and you want to start a business, one thing you NEED to develop is business skills. There is no way in which you can start a business without mastering, at least, the basics of business.
I'll teach you how to develop business skills and what are the best ways to start studying this subject. Watch the video to find out.

I'm 21 And I've Never Had A Girlfriend: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEaRBYF7SrM

Improving Your Life One Thing At A Time
A while ago I did a video about "I'm 21 And I've Never Had A Girlfriend". In this video, I helped a guy that was 21 years old and still haven't had a girlfriend. This video was a huge success and I received a lot of comments.
What concerned me was that some comments were really sad. I saw a lot of people saying that their lives did not matter, that they were ugly and that they would never get to a point where they could be happy. Reading those comments made me feel bad and left me with a desire to help.
Well, in this video I'll try to explain a concept that could help you whenever you feel that way. Sometimes we get overwhelmed by the amount of things in our lives we would like to change. However, it is important to step back and change one thing at a time.
So, ask yourself: what would be the one thing I could change in my life that would make me feel better? is my financial situation? Is my body? Is how I interact with people? List, make your decision and go for it!
Are you interested in understanding more about this process? Watch this video.

On Masculine & Feminine And Why It Matters
As you know, I do a lot of videos where I talk about masculine and feminine and why those things matters. Since most of my public is composed by men, I often make videos for men.
However, lately, in every video I release I see a lot of comments calling me a sexist, telling that I'm wrong, that I shouldn't do these type of videos, etc etc.
Well, that's why I decided to record this video. To tell you how I think and why I believe that masculine and feminine matters and why its does not have anything to do with sexism and why it shouldn't prevent you from living the life you want in any way.
