THE WEAPONISATION OF DECEIT
There’s encouragement to be drawn from the fact that the psychopaths HAVE to dupe and deceive us into going along with their evil plans. They acknowledge our innate propensity towards Good and Right Action, and know that if they were to be entirely open about their plans and aims, we would NEVER knowingly agree to them. They envy our capacity for empathy and morality, because they lack it themselves.
Without their scams and stunts to hide their true motives behind, they would be nothing. Maybe this will eventually turn out to be humanity’s saving grace.

I’m a big fan of dark, sardonic satire when the occasion suits, (as some may have noticed.) I know I’m late to the party with this as it was originally posted back in May and I’ve only just caught up with it, but Max Igan delivers a devastatingly sarcastic appraisal of the current state of human society and consciousness.
Sometimes this world appears so absurd that you just have to laugh at how ridiculous it all is. If it helps you get through another day, it has its value.
Well worth a listen as Max really nails it.

There aren't many music-makers who can lay claim to having established an entire new genre. Think of New Jack Swing, however, and only one name comes to mind - the legend that is Teddy Riley.
This mix blazes through all of the man's very biggest productions and remixes, from his executive role on Doug E Fresh's 'The Show' when he was only 18, spanning the Swingbeat glory days of '88 to '92, and through the three supergroups, Guy, Wreckx N Effect and Blackstreet, with a few miscellaneous moments along the way.
It struck me while putting this together that at least 80 per cent of all the records Teddy has worked on have been blatantly about sex. The dirty dog.
