Your Habits = Your Future | किसी भी बुरी आदत को बदलना और अच्छी आदत बनाना सीखो
Every effect has a cause, and just like a house requires a strong foundation to build upon, your future needs you to have discipline and good habits in the present. Your habits determine your future and what you will become. Our habits comprise of almost 80% of our decisions, actions, choices, ect. That's why in this video we will discuss the importance of developing good habits and how you can get rid of bad ones while creating new healthier habits.
With symptoms like hallucinations and delusions, Schizophrenia is a disorder that negatively impacts a person's ability to think, feel and act. People with this mental illness may seem like they have lost touch with reality which makes it really difficult for them to keep a job or perform daily activities.
According to almost 14 years old data, Schizophrenia is seen in 3 in every 1000 people in India and this number is surmised to have increased dramatically since then.
In this video, I briefly covered the different stages, symptoms, causes, and treatments involved in Schizophrenia.
