P.I.P.P Test - 2 October 2018 - Waitakerei District Court - 4th time just for shits and giggles
This time, i did not openly record them, just parked the car, let the dash cameras do there thing and did a passing shot on the way by, no interaction at all, instead i went and spent half an hour taking with Dianne at Waitakerei Council Office about how the public footpath is deemed a public place and who to check with at Auckland Transport, and even the details for the 'Film Facilitators' to email for commercial issues, such as temporary blocking a sidewalk etc.
No CSOs' chasing members of public down the footpath this time, well done WDC, your staff behaved well during the time i was in the area.

While at the Dairy my daughter answers my cell, Andrew, from St John's Ambulance calls with regards to a complaint i filed against Captain Ambo trying to control me filming.
After a minute or so, i realized i did not have the camera on, or loudspeaker,
Andrew is attempting to justify why Captain Ambo did what he did, as opposed to his job.
Many thanks for the call Andrew, i suggest you re-educate your staff. crowd control is not St John's Niche.
i have Andrew's Cell # should this happen again.
