Traditional from Abaúj-Torna historical region (nowadays a Hungarian-speaking region in the territory of Slovakia). The title means: Hey, I just came from Gyula (a town in southeastern Hungary).

German medieval-style song on the topic of the "dance of death". As for the original author it seems unclear, according to my research the song was composed by Mrs. Felicitas Kuckuck (1914-2001), but it could be based on older sources, and only parts of the song being completed or adapted by the author.
The 2 first lines (including the title) mean: "Above the river Main, sits a stone bridge". And the lyrics describe how everyone dances on it, from the richest kings to the poorest people (= we all die in the end).
