“A Louisiana man with no underlying health issues died on January 28th after doctors said his second COVID vaccine had caused an immune response that led to the development of an autoimmune disease. Brandon Pollet, 33, was born and raised in LaPlace and lived in St. Charles Parish for 10 years before moving to Ponchatoula.
